This price ($325) is for a 2 story home with 40 panes of glass. It also includes cleaning the screens and tracks.

Some windows have 1 pane of glass and others have multiple panes. Sliders for example often have 2 or more panes. Single hung windows have 2 panes. Each pane is counted separately.
Each additional pane of glass we add $6 for the single story home.

Please keep in mind that the track and screen cleaning included with this price is a one year maintenance cleaning NOT a DEEP clean. Deep cleaning will be an additional charge.
